Gluten-Free Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 12 oz green beans, cooked
- 3 sl bacon
- 2 stlks celery, fine chop
- 4 oz mushrooms, fine chop
- 1 cl garlic, minced
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1 t dried minced onion
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 C pork rinds, crushed
Instructions
- Fry the bacon, remove from the pan, then cook the celery, garlic and mushrooms in the bacon grease with 1 T butter until the celery is soft. Add the chicken broth, dried onion and thyme, and continue cooking 4 minutes. Season to taste.
- Combine the beans and the celery mixture in a 1-1/2 qt baking dish, then stir in 3/4 C of the cheese, the sour cream, and half the bacon. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bacon on top, garnish with the pork rinds, and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Plate and serve hot.
